Excellent first class service.

Good service

Very good service. Thank you.

I'm, very happy with the service and price I paid. It was a very simple process. My personalized plates were on my car 5 days after the purchase . E mails and paperwork provided gives full guidance of the change over procedures

Easy, fast and no hassle.

Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.

I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Everything went according to plan and I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could be and for allowing me to get the plate I always wanted. I'd recommend them whole heartedly. Many thanks to the team involved. Mr. Welch

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

Phone call one day, two days later I am putting the new number on my car and all paperwork is complete. Excellent.
