I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. Fantastic service and really quick transaction. However the same day number plate service that is offered to transfer to you car is an unnecessary £49. I did it myself in minutes for free. Nevertheless I highly recommend this company.

The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
