We purchased a cherished plate after seeing it advertised with no bother and basically all has gone through with no hitches and we have the certificate of entitlement ready to use when we buy the next truck.

Excellent professional service, great sales / admin staff who looked after my enquires and kept me up to date with information on my number plate. Smooth transaction with payment system, received my certificate just in time I was informed.

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

National Numbers are local to me and have been great when dealing with my requests. I would recommend them to anyone and give them the big thumbs up. Excellent service from start to finish!! I was looking for a plate for my sons 18th birthday during covid-19 and a bank holiday!! I thought it would be a nightmare but nope I couldn?t of been further from the truth. I completed online and the certificate came within a few working days! So it?s safe to say I had an extremely happy son on the morning of his birthday.

Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.

Absolutely fabulous service would not hesitate recommending the company . Who were Friendly and very competent ,and the turn around getting the number plate on my car was extremely quick, did not expect it to be so easy, and uncomplicated to change the plates . Really pleased .
