Amazing response

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

I have spoken at length with Marty at National Numbers and he has shown great patience in guiding me through the process of buying a private plate. He has been polite and knowledgeable throughout and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for help in sourcing their ideal registration.

I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . I dealt with Charlotte here, she is absoutley amazing! Stayed in contact with me all of the time, made sure it was always her I dealt with - came back to take my call just as she was leaving for the day! Explained everything brilliantly to me! So so so good! Would reccomend to anyone!
