I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. They also gave useful reminders such as notifying your insurance company. Would I use them again? YES!

I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. National Numbers were simply great. They contacted me having found the exact number I was searching for on behalf of my mum and having explained that my mum had a limited budget they lowered their initial price so that she could afford it, which she did. Brilliant.

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
