Jill contacted me just after Christmas and asked if the plate was still available, she kindly explained there was interest in it and would I accept a figure she gave me, I agreed and said I would be more than happy, and the rest so they say is history... superb service!

Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.
