Good service a bit long winded but due to time of year i think

I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! The process was nice and straight forward.

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.
