I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing. I got the documents emailed from them on the Friday, sent them back recorded delivery on the Saturday and the money was in my bank on the Monday. Truly amazing speed!
I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. They made contact with me, suggested an appropriate bid limit and managed the bidding process at the auction. I am delighted, having secured the number well within the pre-agreed bid limit. I doubt that I would have achieved such a great deal without their expertise.
