Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Had an excellent experience using national numbers. Everything was explained on the website and straightforward. I liked the fact I could just leave it all down to them to do the transfer as it saved me time and the possibility of doing it wrong! Communication was good if abit slow via email however all my queries were answered cannot fault them and will and have already recommended!
