There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. Great service and should I ever be purchasing another number plate, I will most certainly be calling National numbers.

It could not be easier to purchase a registration from National Numbers. The whole experience was quick and friendly. The new plates were dispatched quickly. The simple form sent to me just required signing and sending on to DVLA. The whole experience was good.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
