advertised my plate with national numbers at 700 less than they valued it at. 4-5 weeks later received a phone call from them with an offer 400 less than I advertised it for so I took it as it was with a car I bought. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
