Made the process very easy

My number plates arrived within 7 days. I contacted national number plates to ask them to help me register my new plates, the lady was very nice she did it for me whilst I was on the telephone. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Absolutely excellent service, helped me get the plate i never thought i would be able to get my hands on! So so happy and the aftercare/after sales help is also top notch!

The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.
