Really helpful guy on phone.The whole process was quick and easy. They sent the new log book out before I'd sent them the old one. New number plates recieved in four days. Would definitely use National Numbers again. Thanks guys.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

I bought my personal plate for my husbands birthday , ( in a few days ) . It was an easy procedure to purchase and received the plates within 5 days with the relevant documents .
