Was easy and fast

Very helpful staff and a very fast service.

All very straightforward but final cost higher than first advertised.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

A very simple and straightforward procedure very pleased with my purchase ..what more can I say except thank you

I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. Great communication - keeping me well informed throughout the purchase. Personally, I can only but highly recommend Nationalnumbers. A very big thank you for making it so easy!
