The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday.
