As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. I have used National numbers twice now to purchase plates from the dvla auctions. Reason being I just did not have time my self to watch the days in the auction. They asked for my max bid and took care of the rest. On the day they called and checked if I wanted to go any higher or stick. I won the plate. Very happy and Eric done as he said he would. Now you need to get rid of your Aston Martin and get that GTR!
