I ordered a private registration for my husbands 50 th birthday. I received fantastic service and the staff when I phoned were very helpful. I was gonna pay 5k for the same plate! National Numbers got me a huge saving.

The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.
