The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
Have just ordered a new number plate by phone and Jill at National Numbers was extremely friendly and helpful and does all the work for you which is great.
Spoke to Marty at nationalmumbers who was extremely helpful in finding my plate the service was brilliant. Thanks Ian
