ABSOLUTLY BRILLIANT, TO DEAL WITH,PAUL ON SALES WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS TO BUY THE SAID NUMBER PLATE, GWEN IN ADMIN SUPERB DID A FAST TRACK THE PLATE WAS READY FOR THE CAR IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES, WOULD DEFINATLEY USE NATIONAL NUMBERS AGAIN,, IN ALL IT TOOK JUST OVER 1 DAY TO COMPLETE MY ORDER!! So easy with the guys at national Numbers they took care of everything for me received my log book and phoned them it took 30 minutes to chang of number plate . Great service thank you .

Quick and easy process.

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.

I dealt with a gentleman Called Paul on extension 195, absolutely amazing customer service couldn?t thank him enough made it such an easy process for a first time experience.
