Plates transfer took only days. Surprised how easy they made it for me.

We recently purchased 5 new registration numbers at a significant cost. Trusting National Numbers with thousands of pounds of our money whilst they purchased registration numbers on our behalf was done risk free. Their team were incredibly professional, courteous and ultimately successful. We got all the numbers we bid for. The result - great Xmas presents for the family !

Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Purchased online, whole process to having the physical plate took maybe less then a week and a half. Amazing.

Very easy to deal with. Sent forms by email to sign. Returned forms as requested. The money was in my bank within 48 Hours.I would use this service again.
