They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.
