I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of.
