This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. The service is excellent and the whole procedure has always been five star from start to finish.

For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!

Easy to use delivered perfectly

I sold my private reg, the whole process was efficient and I was kept informed at all times. I was abroad at the time but all post was sent out to me quickly and the process was a lot smoother than I expected. Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.
