Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. One of the cheapest on the market who don't nail you for fees and unnecessary costs. Their customer service team kept me informed from start to finish and the whole process took no longer than two weeks. The only reason for the delay was because I was waiting for the log book from DVLA as I had just bought the car. Completely seamless and I highly highly recommend them! 100/100!!!!

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

The person I spoke to was very helpful and even after I made a mistake they changed it for me with no problem, the only thing I didn?t like was the letter they sent with my certificate offering so fast track my registration in a day for £49 when I spoke to the DVLA they told me how to do it online and it took me about 2 mins to do myself for free which they must have known about
