I was on another site and paying to advertise. I came across National Numbers and they sorted the sale out so fast. It was paid into my bank account 2 weeks before expecting the money. This is simply the best site for selling or buying your number plate. 2 years on the market with others and just weeks with National Numbers and no time taken up with DVLA etc. 10 out of 10 all day long. On the phone they are superb.
This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM. I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
