I found the plate I wanted and due to not fault of theirs it turned out to not be available, a replacement was found and National numbers worked hard to secure it for me. They were helpful along the way and very apologetic when the first plate turned out not to be available. I would recommend National numbers in a hearty for anyone looking to buy a private reg.

I purchased my cherished number some twenty years ago to enhance what already was my prize jewel. It not only depicted the exact model of Ferrari but also reflected precisely my initials. How cool is that?! This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

They did warn me that it might take some time to sell my number plate, but once they had a buyer they were very efficient and I am delighted with the standard of service.

I was very happy from start to finish with National Numbers. They constantly stayed in contact and answered any queries straight away. Within a day of sending my V5c to them they text me to confirm I could change the Plates over and sorted the tax. reccommending to all friends and family
