No hassles. National Numbers sourced my personal plate, registered it for me until I found a vehicle I wanted it to go on and then organised the transfer for me. Easy!

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I've had the number plate on the website for a couple of years and had a couple of offers which I declined because I wasn't in a rush to sell it. I got a call on Friday 17th July from Liam with an offer. I wanted a little bit more so Liam negotiated with the buyer. The paperwork was completed online and the money was in my account by Monday 20th July so I'm very impressed with the service I was given.

I was actually in Australia when the sale of my plate took place but this did no way impede the completion of my number plate, very professional and very helpful, quick and easy process from start to finish, thoroughly recommend.
