Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. From beginning to end, Dan ensured that the whole process was smooth and seamless. Great communication. This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

I was actually in Australia when the sale of my plate took place but this did no way impede the completion of my number plate, very professional and very helpful, quick and easy process from start to finish, thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant first rate service, backed up by a knowledgeable team of friendly staff. And how about this, you phone them and they answer the phone, thats rare . Well done and keep up the good work.
