The log book was delayed from the garage we purchased the car from and National Numbers weren't only happy to hold the registration number I ordered, they also helped speed things along. They were always friendly, courteous, extremely helpful and knowledgable whenever I spoke to them. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent service

From the time when I first went on their website, through to the completion of the deal, there were no hiccups what-so-ever. The selection of numbers process is clear and easy to use. The prices are very competitive; the explanations and instructions are clear and concise, and the choices are numerous and I mean numerous! The plates are excellent in design and quality, and they arrived within a few days of the transaction. Great company to deal with and I will recommend them without reservation.

Relatively smooth process though there was a difference between the price quoted and the price on the website. Taking my order and money, buying, was simple and easy! After over a week I still haven't had any paperwork though and the money has come out of my account.

Same plate as RegTransfers who took a deposit for £1758 for a future registration, and Lenny at Nationalnumbers quoted £899 without knowing what I had been quoted. Thankfully they got it first, saved me £850 and were professional and honest through the whole process. Do hate greedy people.

Good service

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days.
