Smooth transaction all good

My son was absolutely over the moon with his new registration number, the staff who I dealt with timed the change over very well & on Boxing Day the new plates went on his car. Thanku very much.

National numbers were fantastic to deal with. Very prompt and efficient and dealt with my plate and transfer very professionally, keeping me updated through all steps. Would definitely recommend them for a hassle free purchase and transfer.

Will be buying more plates from them in the future for my daughters. Jill was one of the members of the team dealing with me and she was very lovely and helpful. Better than five star!!! Highly recommend .

This is the second time I have used N/N and as ever 1st class service, they make it so easy and there's no fuss. Very pleased ?

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Perfect... they did everything all l had to do was to put on my new number plates. Received the number plates two days after ordering.
