The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.
