To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.

I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.

Thesis the first time I've acquired a number plate via auction. The whole team made it so easy.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
