The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. National Numbers had my plate for sale for some time - as did another competitor who shall remain nameless - but this company returned me more than the other lot offered and with considerably less hassle. The seemed much more "user friendly" and the transfer was completed without fuss and the cheque arrived in very short order.
