A very simple, hassle free experience

The service i received was excellent and really great prices and no complaints at all and my partners actually going to get me 1 now from national numbers for my Christmas so thank you national numbers.

I recently bought a rare sports-racing GT that had never been road registered, so suggested some appropriate numbers to N. N. They found my first choice, organised its entry into the DVLA Auction, attended the event and maintained open phone contact with me during the proceedings. My successful bid was within my previously set limit, so I'm very satisfied and thoroughly recommend their service.

I brought a number plate for my mum, yet I saw a better one few hours later. Although the number plate had already been processed, the team managed to switch it over for me! And got the documents sent to me very quick! Thanks for your help guys my mum loves her new plate

Got phone call offering £x for plates. Accepted offer, paperwork emailed and posted. Returned docs. Phone call few days later saying money in bank. Straightforward. Job done.

I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! Great service but some advice was not complete

Excellent service very prompt

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
