In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. I listed my one of my unused number plates with National Numbers. After a period, I got a call from them to say I had a bid. They negotiated upwards a little on the bid - and a sale was agreed. They then sent me the forms, and within about two weeks, I had the full payment from them. Very easy to deal with - have no problems recommending.
I sold my number plate through national numbers and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Service was excellent and efficient.
The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.

From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!!
