Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I advertised a number plate with National Numbers a few years ago, and received a phone call out of the blue recently saying they had a buyer for my plate. As you can imagine during the current pandemic things did not go according to any plan, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between myself, National Numbers and the buyer. During the whole sorry process Paul was continually updating me with where everything was at, and chasing the buyer for updates. I can't praise Paul highly enough, especially with everything that's going on, he's a credit to National Numbers.
