Would highly recommend. Transaction was easier than I expected and communication was excellent at all stages. The people I dealt with by phone/email were very responsive and gave clear information on what was happening, next steps etc. I never had to chase up, they were always one step ahead and letting me know what was going on!

The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. As soon as a customer offer was received it was dealt with extremely efficiently and the entire process was negotiated and concluded within a few days. I was extremely happy with the speed and ease of the entire process. Would definitely be my first choice to use again.

Service great, payment and delivery good. Website input is a little confusing if the plate is a gift. Overall, very happy.
