This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
