Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. I bought no plate for my mini cooper s made up to what i wanted, the no plate was req to my car in less 5 mins through DVLA no problems at all i received the no plates promp , the company cant be faulted in any way , very polite on the phone , very happy customer thank you john bird .
