I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. Thanks to all the team that helped me.

I ordered and paid for the new number on line.Within a week the number plates arrived. Within a day of sending my V5 National Numbers had fast tracked my V5 to the DVLA and I could fit the new plates to my car. Excellent service.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Excellent customer service. Helpful and genuine staff on the phones. The plate I rang to purchase (after watching it for months) had been sold but an extremely helpful member of staff helped me find an equivalent with just as much meaning. Smooth process. Definitely recommend this company.
