A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

Really amazing experience from National Numbers. Very reliable and helpful team. The website was very user friendly and provided the best numbers available you desire for. Even though I didn't get the original number I wanted, It provided me with so many choices I selected the closest one. Well worth the money and finance option is also available at 0%. Although I was initially nervous at handing over paperwork before payment had been received, I was reassured that National Numbers has been conducting business to a high standard since 1981. I had a very smooth transaction and within 10 days of the initial offer being made for the purchase of my registration, I had full payment in my bank account. Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
