It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.
