This is the second time I've used National Numbers to buy a car registration plate, and nothing has changed since I bought my last one 5 years ago. The process is so simple, and at a great price! The process was very easy expect my bank declined the transaction until I said it was me using the card. Not sure why. So far so good, waiting for my purchase.
