I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN. A good service, could have been more pro-active when the seller had lost their certificate, which meant a late Xmas present, but a great price relative to other sellers.
