I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold. When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

So calm and polite on the phone it made the transaction pleasant. You did not feel you were just a number.
