This is the second time I've used National Numbers to buy a car registration plate, and nothing has changed since I bought my last one 5 years ago. The process is so simple, and at a great price! Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
