Great service, only down side is the amount of time it takes the DVLA to do the transfer.

Overall a good experience hence 5 stars. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Genuinely a very easy and quick service to use - I paid the extra for the admin to be completed with DVLA, worth it in my opinion. Took less than a week for me to have bad be able to use my new plates.
