I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . I sold a plate recently and it was hassle free. The plate was listed for quite some time but I didn't opt for enhanced listing etc so can't complain. I bought the very same plate from them 12 years ago and that was hassle free.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.
