I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. Same plate as RegTransfers who took a deposit for £1758 for a future registration, and Lenny at Nationalnumbers quoted £899 without knowing what I had been quoted. Thankfully they got it first, saved me £850 and were professional and honest through the whole process. Do hate greedy people.
