Easy transaction, very happy

I've always wanted a cherished number plate but thought I couldn't afford it. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and purchased my plate entirely online. Everything from start to finish was efficient and my plates arrived in less than a week. They handled everything for me and my plates will be on my car in less than a month after my first enquiry.

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Excellent service, good communication and prompt payment

I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Went smoothly definitely use again

Myself like possibly many others, always thought personalised number plates were way out of my price range, and a lot of form filling. However National number's made the whole process very easy and at a really good price. Absolute superb service.
